Joe Barletta is a designated Real Estate Broker/Agent, E-Pro, CDPE.  Since graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 2000, Joe has been a member of Sell Some Property from the early beginning.  I’ve lived in the New Haven Area my entire life and feel that there are tremendous surrounding opportunities in Real Estate.

Joe believes success is created through meticulous planning, a strong commitment, and a desire to achieve what is best for his clients. I currently service clients in all of the Greater New Haven Real Estate community.  Residing in North Haven since 2007, my specialty areas are Hamden, Wallingford, Cheshire, and North Haven Real Estate.
